   My hip is 106cm and I weigh 58kg so I hesitate to ask for the median but I stay perfect, the fabric is good and it is perfect for exercising.

Comfortable, very cool to give up. It's good that I took M because they're perfect. In Poland I also wear size M. The pictures show the dimensions. I honestly recommend
