Orders and Shipping
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location. Generally, our standard delivery takes between 2-4 business days. Customized products may have longer delivery times, typically 2-5 business days for customized shirts and 2-5 weeks for “PnDmart By You” shoes. Please note that delivery to remote locations may take longer. You will receive an estimated delivery date during the checkout process.
Creating an account with us is easy! Simply click on the “Sign Up” or “Create Account” link at the top right corner of our website. Fill out the required information, including your name, email address, and a password of your choice. Once your account is created, you can start shopping, track your orders, and enjoy personalized recommendations. To change your shipping address, please log into your account and update the address in the “My Account” section before placing your order. If your order is already placed, contact our customer service team as soon as possible to assist with the change.
To track the status of your order, log into your account and go to the “My Orders” section. You’ll find real-time updates and tracking information for all your orders. You will also receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.
For security reasons, we do not store credit card information on our servers. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors to ensure your financial information remains safe and protected.
Sales tax may be applied to your order based on applicable laws and regulations in your shipping destination. The final sales tax amount will be calculated during checkout and added to your order total.

Whenever possible, we will combine your items into one package. However, depending on the size, weight, and availability of the products, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking information for each package.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
At PnDmart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 45 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return, visit our returns portal and follow the instructions. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Please note that gift cards, customized products, and bodywear, including face masks, are non-returnable.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order. We provide a pre-paid shipping label for returns, and your new order will come with free standard shipping.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer pre-orders for items that are sold out. We recommend checking back regularly as inventory levels may change, or sign up for notifications on our website to be informed when the item becomes available again.
